This is an unintended recipe for the Veggie burger that I made tonight. It was better than the previous one, and the flavors were popping.
Veggie burger #2 ingredients
black beans (cooked)
diced green peppers
steal cut oatmeal
corn (I cut it off the cob)
sea-saltground peppercorn, ground garlic,ground
Directions: Blend the dry ingredients into a flour, drain beans before blending into a mush), add other ingredients. Mix, and shape into burgers. Pan fry/bake, eat, and enjoy!!!!!
